Right Moves for Youth - Spokes Group

CAHU raised $5000+ in a golf tournament to donate to The Spokesgroup who provides free bikes for special causes such as Right Moves for Youth.

Thanks to 18 teams, generous sponsors, and a great effort by the Golf Committee chaired by Barney Spurlock, CAHU raised over $1700 for the Spokesgroup a local organization that buys bikes and helmets for needy children.

January Meeting

Health Forum

"David Smith, President Elect of NCAHU, moderated the successful health insurance issues forum at the January 9 CAHU meeting. Participating in the excellent panel was L to R, Mark Stephens, Managed Market Manager of Pfizer, Dierdre Kelley, group and healthcare practice manager for Watson Wyatt, and Mark Stegelman, MD, Medical Director of SE Region Medical Services, for Aetna.

2007 Salvation Army Christmas Bureau

Lee Rufty and Kay Schmitt helped spin the wheel to get bikes to needy mothers at the 2007 Salvation Army Christmas Bureau. CAHU raised money to donate a large number of bikes again in 07.

November Meeting
